Terms and Conditions

These are the launch terms for LinkNow. We keep them plain so both sides know exactly where they stand.

What you pay for

The package price covers the design and publication of your page as described on the pricing page, including the revision rounds stated for that package.

What is not included

Domain registration, hosting, third-party subscriptions, advanced integrations and ongoing maintenance are not included unless your written offer says they are. We confirm the full cost before any work starts.

Domain and hosting

If you buy a domain, it is registered in your name and owned by you. Hosting options and costs are explained before launch, and you choose which one we use.

After delivery

Small text changes are free for 14 days after delivery. Larger changes and ongoing maintenance are quoted separately.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the photos, text and logos you send us. You own your content. We may show the finished page in our examples unless you ask us not to.

Demo content

All people, properties, prices, numbers and quotes on the demo pages are fictional samples created for demonstration.
